I think that's accurate Jim, although by the time I really got to know Norro (around '86) he wasn't writing much if at all - just producing and running the publishing company we were both at.
Generally speaking, he was someone who just really enjoyed the music business, especially the social aspects of it. Everybody knew & loved Norro, he was just a great guy.
