Thanks for checking. I'm using it on a MAC via Parallels so that might be messing with the Function Keys in Windows.  Running Windows versions via Parallels, Bootcamp, or other similar setups can cause some unreproducible problems that are hard to troubleshoot. This isn't necessarily a Band-in-a-Box thing, but it's behaviour I've experienced using things like that before where shortcuts don't line up, do different things, or just don't work. So it's entirely possible this is due to running it via Parallels on your Mac machine. Parallels actually in specific put out a blog post about this particular issue where you can do some additional setup to get your virtual Windows setup hotkeys working the way you want them to. If you haven't done this, it may be worth checking out and trying! Does PG have any sort of guidance to offer Mac/Parallels users? I realize it isn't your responsibility to QA your product on virtualized platforms, but I'm wondering if the sense is "effectively the same, apart from minor hardware-related differences like keyboard stuff" or "doesn't work reliably for anyone".
