Hi Stefan, The first thing I noticed is that your caption mentions there is no user interface which is not the case for the download manager. You should log into your account at www.pgmusic.com/account and go to My Products to access your download links. You will also find a link to download the Download Manager. I would also uninstall the existing Download Manager as it looks like a bad installation.
