just upgraded to your new BiaB version and have trouble with the download manager not working (apparently). I bought Band-in-a-Box UltraPAK Upgrade 2022 for Windows (BUUR-I) Here is a link to your download page for this product:
Downloaded with the link in the confirmation Email BandinaBox Download Manager and startet it. It seems not to come to an end, I don´t see my Biab version updated?!
What is happening here? What am I supposed to do different?

The install manager is a small program that first need to download and install like any other installer file. You can download it by clicking on the button/link at the top of your download page (the link from your email confirmation). From your description, it doesn't seem like you've done that. When it's been installed, run it and you can paste in your download URL into the actual program. You will see all the files in your order there, and there is a "Download and install" button.
The first thing I noticed is that your caption mentions there is no user interface which is not the case for the download manager. You should log into your account at www.pgmusic.com/account and go to My Products to access your download links. You will also find a link to download the Download Manager.
I would also uninstall the existing Download Manager as it looks like a bad installation.
I went with a totally manual download with JDownloader and then activated the small individual executables and then the master RealTracks installer and it was flawless and UltraPak installed in about 2.5 hours. I always wonder whether a separate "new" automatic installer software is prime-time ready or not.
this download manager I installed first thing in the upgrade process did not produce a GUI interface. I saw the process only in task manager without the ability to put it in forefront. Wich Jdownloader2 I was able to use the link and retrieve all files and installed Biab 2022 now.
With Biab 2022 up and running I can use the download manager form the help menu now. that worked and it had an interface again.
Strange, but so it happened on my maschine.....

That's odd indeed. One of those Gremlins got into yours. LOL! At least it works now, which is a good thing. We may never find out what happened in your particular case
