I have tried the RealDrum stems myself and have not gotten the same results. Maybe double check your folder for \bb\Drums\NashvilleRadioCoolSw16^ as an example to compare our files (I attached a screenshot).
Also, testing the RealDrums, I have noticed that when I select new RealDrum tracks as stems, and click generate, the new stems don't replace prior stems that were loaded. I have to load a RealDrum track WITHOUT stems and generate that, before I can load a new set of stems in. Development will address this issue, but loading and generating standard single track RealDrums in between loading stems is a workaround for now.

I've reinstalled the Drum Stems Set 1 which came with my downloads.
Comparing my \bb\Drums\NashvilleRadioCoolSw16^ folder to your folder it seems I am missing a load of BT1 files.
Would this be the reason why I am getting the error messages.
