It worked OK for me. First image is the audition message, so I'm guessing that this is the expected file location.
Also, (see second image) do you have these files on your system?

Keep in mind that there are 3 clawhammer RealTracks.
The one that will not play the audio demo is RT # 3871 locate in RealTracks set # 249 and this particular is one of the newer 8th based tracks that were released a few years ago.
The other 2 work OK and I do have those files you pointed out. Those are 2545 and 2438.
3871 is the one I am having trouble with.
It's the 8th based one that does not work either online or locally.
Your picture shows you auditioning #2545.
Pick that one and see if you can play the sample either locally on your computer or online at PGMUSIC.

Hi, I'm following a little better now. Sorry about that. Yes, I can see an issue.
When pressing 'Play', the message is also somewhat confusing because it names the same file twice:

Also, if I press the Solo button, the banjo solo plays. If I press the Band button, I get silence:

I think the problem is Banjo, Clawhammer, Rhythm OldTime Ev16 110 (8ths@220) [Half-Time] really doesn't exist, even though it is listed.
As the name states, Banjo, Clawhammer, Rhythm OldTime Ev16 110 (8ths@220) [Half-Time] is a 110 BPM RealTrack played at half time. So the program is looking at the 110 BPM file and playing it back at half time to create the 220 BPM Tempo which also changes the quarter note rhythm to 8th note rhythm.
1. The style exist because it is listed in style picker, I can load it and it plays just fine.
2. The banjo track in the mixer window is listed as 3871:Banjo, Clawhammer, Rhythm OldTime Ev16 110(8ths@220)(Half-Time)
3. The SOLO DEMO play sample works OK and the log file shows it playing ban401.wma
4. The file that appears to be missing for the BAND DEMO for RealTrack #3871, and if the naming hierarchy remains constant, should be named Banjo, Clawhammer, Rhythm OldTime Ev16 110 #3871 band.wma which does not exist therefore no BAND DEMO will ever play.
Not a big deal. I loaded the style _OLDTM28 and exported 32 bars as a wma file. I then renamed it Banjo, Clawhammer, Rhythm OldTime Ev16 110 #3871 band.wma, popped it into the directory where it was expected to be found and my exported WMA file plays when I click on BAND DEMO.
Wish PG Music will fix it though.
