Yes, The micro chords, multi riff, motifs, work on all RealTracks, including the old ones.

We are in the process of adding more of them, with the goal of having all of them be playable rt. We have all the material, it’s just a question of time as we add them. There are 400 now, and many of those work on multiple RealTracks since the same instrument was used.

Yes, as above.

Can I automate volume on RT's from say 2012 or 2015?
Yes.

_ we have the source material for the RealDrums, and it takes time to make the stems. But yes, we plan on making all the RealDrums available as stems. Right now we have 40 of them as stems.
