Just found out us blues/Americana folks had three songs picked up by TikTok (all use BiaB). Ole pharts out on the social media cusp we are  J&B

I had to look twice to be sure I spelled it correctly.
As inflation continues to rise and things get more expensive I think more BIAB songs will become more
commercially viable.
We have gone from high-end stereos to listening to MP3 on cell phones.
For the foreseeable future, there will be multi-million dollar studios making recordings but the sonic gap is closing.
In many ways, we have a more inclusive music world today.

Billy Well, FWIW, our productions including all our licensed songs are created with high res wav tracks and bounced to same. Whatever platforms do with them is out of my control. However, we like the ability to have albums available world wide on all the major streaming services and to make them available for licensing on Songtradr. It’s not the relatively small income but rather the notion that our music is appreciated beyond the family friend circle. And it takes about 10 minutes to upload a new song to ST. Beyond that we do zero promotional activities. Just create about one song a month and spend the vast majority of our time mountain biking, hiking and of late creating music videos. 22 years into retirement and that is enough for me. Bud

Hi Bud,
I played a couple of your songs from Soundcloud through the PA at a party. Everyone liked them. Perhaps they did not understand all the words. In general, Spanish is the first language here. How it was made is not known or cared about by the people who get to listen.
The system may not have the very highest sound quality possible. It is super convenient. Connect to the system from my cell phone wirelessly. Play anything that exists on the internet.
The world is becoming more "digital" by the minute. You and your wife are out in nature on your bikes. So are Eva and I. That is becoming the exception rather than the rule. Most people are experiencing their life vicariously through TV or computers.
We are fortunate to have a program like BIAB which gives untold numbers of people the ability to express themselves musically.
Certainly, there are many people who would not feel comfortable in a professional studio even if it were free. BIAB provides the ability to record with no pressure of anyone else being involved.
Music is a big world that is significantly less exclusive than it has been in the past.

You can get creative by layering multiple RealTracks and adjusting volume levels to blend them smoothly. Sometimes mixing different instruments with similar styles can produce a fuller, more natural sound.

That’s awesome! Congrats on getting picked up on TikTok - proof that good music finds its way no matter the platform. Who knows, maybe next, you’ll be trending with a viral dance - get them free tiktok likes, and you have a shot at making it big on TikTok. Keep the tunes coming!

You two have paid the dues, have the talent and put in the time and effort. Me, in this context, I'm a failure. (haven't written anything in a year anyway :)) I'm totally out of touch with Tik Tok, Riff Raff, Chit Chat, Chirp Tweet, Chapstick and all the other platform acronyms. I'm in the same boat with the AI trend. "I'm Just A Regular Guy" getting more out touch with the rapid pace of it all as I approach 78 and we all know by now...."Time Waits For No one".  Good to hear your songs got "picked up". . Hope all is well.

From there they can be discovered and licensed by different entities for their use. We also distribute all our songs to the streaming platforms via DistroKid. Takes about 5 minutes for song and if it’s a cover song DK handles all the licensing ..: zero hassle. All for fun. And we much more enjoy seeing one of our tunes get thousands of plays on Spotify or Apple than used by TikTok, etc. We’ve never even looked at it. Bud
