Sorry for the late reply. The iReal Pro won't let me get at the song files themselves, but I can export them to wav, midi, or AAC. Music XML too I believe. I hadn't realised iRealPro would do that. Useful. Importing MusicXML or MIDI seems to have a few problems at present in 2022, but should be a good way to do this. It also has the option to export Notes or Chord Chart, which should give good flexibility. I've just noticed that they also (now?) publish the iReaPro file format, which might prove useful. I tried importing just one MusicXML file and saw nothing in the chord chart.
