Plogue Sforzando is not a General MIDI plugin, nor is it multitimbral. It is not capable of playing more than one instrument at a time. Instead, you should use VSTSynthFont64 - this is included with BIAB and is located in your BB folder under Data\libx64\VSTSynthFont64.dll - if you add that as a VST into Band-in-a-Box you should be able to load your GM soundfonts.
