SOLVED...
I'm not totally sure why, but I went into the MIDI Driver settings (which I had not changed, and had been the same for years), and unchecked everything, and re-set it up, the same way, and it started working!
Thanks to everyone that tried to help out. I appreciate it! Thanks for updating the thread and letting everyone know what worked. Like the others I don't remember another case where resetting the MIDI Driver Settings made a difference.

Band-in-a-Box 2026 Video: AI Stems & Notes - split polyphonic audio into instruments and transcribe
This video demonstrates how to use the new AI-Notes feature together with the AI-Stems splitter, allowing you to select an audio file and have it separated into individual stems while transcribing each one to its own MIDI track. AI-Notes converts polyphonic audio—either full mixes or individual instruments—into MIDI that you can view in notation or play back instantly.
