The original track was imported from a MIDI file to the Melody track, and then copied via "Copy Special/Move Track" to a utility track. It is a conventional MIDI, not a supertrack.
I tried, MIDIS on Utility Tracks with different songs, appear to have the same issue. They don't transpose with song Key change. And where, with a standard MIDI track, would you go to manually transpose the track?
