There is another way (in BIAB, there is often another way!): in Editable Notation Mode, click on the Opt icon several places to the left. Then you will see a checkbox in the upper left of the dialog box for Triplet Resolution (Swing). This will set the resolution for the entire song and override the style. You can still use the technique shown by VideoTrack to alter individual beats, which in turn will override the checkbox.
