You can do that now however your singing must be first recorded and then converted into MIDI notation.

The Band-in-a-Box Audio Editor can convert monophonic, or single note, audio to MIDI. In other words it should work with your singing, humming or playing single notes on an instrument. However it won't work with polyphonic, or multi note, audio like playing chords.

Record or import your audio into Band-in-a-Box.
Select the Audio Edit button.
Select the track with your audio.
Press Ctrl+A to select the complete track
Select Edit
Select Transcribe.
