The actual site is pretty sketchy, though.

There are numerous typos in the dialog ("since the dawns of humanity") and all the popups claiming that people are purchasing it (who supplied their photo with the purchase).

It's certainly not the first speech engine that adds inflections in the voice - even SAM did that 30 years ago.

The first bazillion "reviews" on Google appear to be affiliate sites.
