Thanks for posting. _BAL2TGS.wma is not new but is there on the BIAB HD. Band-in-a-Box should be searching for the demo in your external RealTracks folder location, I'm not sure why it isn't. In my testing it does correctly search the custom location. You could copy the contents of the bb\RealTracks\Data folder from your external USB drive to C:\bb\RealTracks\Data. This is about 10GB or so. It doesn't address the cause, but at least this will fix the problem for you right now.

SBM: When you audition the style that comes from the internet, what are the first several lines from the logfile text file? Does it show that it could not find the demo locally before trying the internet?

Show demo on the Internet However, if you can't hear demo, it doesn't affect the loading of songs

[color:#FF0000][/color] I'm using the second installation option - BIAB installed on my HD, the Realtracks and Realdrums are on the PG hard drive.
EVERY NEW STYLE IS MISSING THE STYLE DEMO. The log file shows that it is searching on the C: Drive but you have BiaB installed on a PG external hard drive. Try this, substituting the correct drive letter: Trev, That fixed the problem! Once again, my trouble was caused by Pilot Error.  Andrew, Thanks for the effort, I appreciate it. Regards, Bob
