I've posted before about my use of the tiny IPOD-TOUCH, downloading BIAB real tracks/real drums, the Electronic Jazz Fakebook and accompanying hit MP3's, using the new ITOUCH or IPAD TABLET "COMPUTERS" as gig-appropriate or practice-appropriate tools. Both Logic Pro, Akai samples, Mainstage etc., are available as software for this new wave of presenting complex music compositions, classical or jazz. Much can be accomplished via home computer, USB Hub connections into the portable Apple hardware. And much is in the offering, musically speaking, for the future "tablature" of advanced computer tablet products now and to come.
