The music of the first one sounds great, like a real indie band and I could not even tell it was Band in a Box. Very tasteful and artistic use of those tracks, creating a real mix the way a band would and not just finding a style and clicking play.
Good job.
The vocals have promise, but being untreated the way they are, they stand in stark contrast to the music, like you recorded the vox on an iPhone will you were playing a well mixed track in the background.
I would get a vocal producer you know, someone with expertise in vocal plugins and mixing, to set you up with a good signal chain you can use in most of your productions that would let the vocals blend in with the rest.
Nectar 3 Elements might be a good starting place because it has some cool AI feature to analyze your voice and apply what is needed for your style.
But, I do think you have a lot of promise as an indie writer and artist,
In my opinion, you only need to find the right vocal treatment Fx tailored for you to get a cohesive indie sound.
This gold bundle is worth every stinking penny.
