With a midi style it can be done. Just write the triplets on all instruments you want (notation mode) and freeze the tracks before playing them.

With real tracks I'm afraid there is only the way to obtain a similar effect, not exactly what you looking for. Assuming you want the triplet starting on beat 1, write on beat 2 a chord pushed by 1/16 and on beat 3 a chord pushed by 1/8. Mixed with the melody which plays a real triplet it might sound almost good
