Is there a way to search for drum patterns/styles with a strong drive forward in the music eg in the style of country.
I trying to understand what it is in the music that makes a “driving rhythm” in the music. I.e. when listening to the song one gets a feeling of a strong drive forward.
It is not the tempo that I have checket. And also I dont think it is in the feel even/swing I have compared several.
It is probably several things but I am particular interested to understand if there is something in the drum pattern that makes the feel of a strong drive forward in the music or if it is in the bass or the combination.
If it is in the drum pattern I would like to understand what component of the pattern that contributes most to the drive forward. Also I would like to know if it is possible to search BIAB drums for such pattern or drive
