Install it from the original disk, and then during installation point it at the location of your realtracks, etc, but use the original for the install. If the folder names are not correct during installation it can cause errors and the easiest way is to make sure to install from the original drive so the install program itself finds all the necessary files during installation.

You can leave it copied to the notebook and point to the realtracks there if desired, but it is recommended the actual install happens from the original HDD.

I would uninstall it first, reboot and do a clean install from the HDD.
It worked fine on Win7 here that way.
If your Win7 is 64 bit do not install the VSC DXi. It will only run on 32 bit systems. Use the included Forte wavetable instead.
