If I recall, BIAB already does this if you check a checkbox. I'll look later when I get to my computer.

EDIT. OK, try this. It wasn't a checkbox, but let us know if this gives you what you need:

1. Open the StylePicker dialog window
2. Click on the Action button near the OK button, to the left
3. Select Set Dialog Options
4. on the third row down, Select Current Style Even If..., change the pull-down to Always
5. Click on OK
6. Choose a different text string to filter on, and see if your previous style is at the top of the list
