We had a drummer who didn't show one night. My buddy said my daughter plays drums so he went and got her. She was 15 at the time and she played with us for 4 years. She was not fancy but she kept a steady beat and all of her rolls and such were also in time.

Now bass players were our problem. There were not a lot of good bass players in our area at that time. We went through a ton of them.

My momma didn't raise a fool. And if she did it, was one of my brothers.
