Hi: I continue to have "Issues" with trying to use RealTracks & RealDrums in BB2022 (Win), I'm (hopefully!!) attaching pictures to clarify the problems, but in-short, I purchased BB2022 UltraPak+ as an upgrade from my ancient BB12 Megapak, but can't seem to access any of the "real" stuff.... I get a "not found" error every time, for every chosen style picked from the StylePicker.
I installed it all onto hard drive H:\ (NOT C:\ drive - the default... no room!), all settings in Preferences (RealTracks & RealDrums) are pointing in the proper places.
I'm sure this is operator error... can anyone see what I'm doing wrong, and help me out here?

@Jim Fogle: Yes, H:\ Drive is an internal drive, & target is H:\bb\bbw64 (64-bit) & H:\bb\bbw.exe, respectfully. @Moultipass: I believe I built the database up properly - I've done several database rebuilds within the StylePicker window... perhaps I missed a step? I also noticed what you highlighted (green & red boxes) in my attachment - it bewilders me!
Something that I neglected to mention - RealDrums are located in my H:\bb\Drums folder, & consists of a bunch of sub-folders (which contain a bunch of *.wav, *.wma & *.bt1 files).

@Moultipass: I did the Rebuild & Fix that you prescribed above (in the past I did the rebuild (only) function in the StylePicker window... it showed some .ST2 & .xt2 files missing. so...
...I decided to nuke everything & do a fresh install, using the download manager (I manually installed before, and-doing-so, must have messed-up something). We'll see how THAT goes, once fully installed.
QUESTION: As I mentioned in my initial post, I purchased BB2022 UltraPak+ as an upgrade from my ancient BB12 Megapak. I nuked that also, BEFORE my latest installation - I'm wondering if any of the features (such as MultiTracks, styles, etc.) are utilized in BB2022, because I removed them before I did the install?
In-other words, will I have a crippled BB2022 UltraPak+ because the installer didn't see BIAB 12 Megapak?
UPDATE: install is finished, attach find a screenshot of my category listing in theStylePicker... looks like there's lots of styles that are missing (Ex. @ the top: Everything Jazz (Ultrapak=2,734) (found=938) - can this be right???

UPDATE: After a fresh install (via the download/install manager) - still no joy!!
I can select & audition styles in the StylePicker, but when I OK it to bring into BB2022, I get the same errors as before (can't find the required RealTracks & RealDrums). - This is bumming me out!

I can't post anymore images to show, because I reached my 10mb image limit. - This too is bumming me out!

I think it would be best for you to contact PG Music. They will be able to tell you if the Download Installed got everything installed on your system. They will also be able to tell you if BIAB 2012 should have been left on the system. Don't worry about nuking it before installing 2022, if it needs to be there, PG Music will help. They are a great company to deal with.
From the numbers you give, it seems as though something unexpected might have happened during the install process.
My first guess, and this is really just a guess, would be to check that you had sufficient hard-drive space to install the Ultrapak. It's a pretty big installation. My installation is 233 GB (this includes many files collected over 15 years).

I'm certain that there's enough HD space, but I have a small system drive (solid state drive, for fast boot-ups), then 2-3TB drives for all my junk, so I'm installing BB2022 on my 2nd 3-TB drive - drive letter H: (I've partitioned my big drives).
