It's been available in Realband for years. If you have the song 'close' to what you want, moving it to RB allows generating parts/sections at will .. just highlight the track(s) section you want and regenerate it.
Probably not the answer you were looking for, but that's how I accomplish this.

If you have Biab22 just press Fate (F8), but the problem is it only does RealTracks, no RealDrums, no UserTracks. You can copy sections of the RealDrum you like to the Audio track, then generate again to get other bits.
