I made a song, just a C chord in the style below. I exported the audio to Logic and took this screenshot. The "misalignment" is perfectly normal – remember, we're looking at differences of a fraction of a second.

OK, that makes perfect sense. I examined this style and while the time can be expanded to a large degree to show the "off timing", this is just natural. In other words, this is not quantized and maintains a very human feel. thanks for clarifying.
