Use the resize method
Sometimes your PC may not be able to detect moving windows (a very unusual case) between monitors. If this happens, the applications will always open on the same monitor.

To get rid of this problem, open the application and resize the window. Make sure it is not enlarged or reduced in any way.

Then move the window to another monitor where you still want to open it.

Now close the application window without resizing or maximizing it again. Then you can open the program on the monitor of your choice without any problem.

Sometimes the program determines whether you can open it on the primary monitor or the secondary monitor. If you think an app always opens on the right monitor instead of the left monitor (for example) and you want it to open another way, you need to set the correct monitor as the primary screen.

Adjust the main display
Press Windows + I to open Windows 10 Settings.
Click on System> Display and then on the Identify button to find the display number of each monitor.
Select the monitor and then check the Make this screen the main screen option.
From there, the apps will open on the main screen.
