You should be able to just drag and drop the C:/bb folder itself onto the D:/bb folder. If there are conflicts, the Windows copy will ask you what to do and will offer something like "do this for all files".

This is the cleanest way to do it. Windows will tell you a file already exists, leave it or overwrite it, and you can choose the option "do this for all files of this type" on that dialog so you don't have to babysit it. Once you have verified everything is there on D, you can delete C:\bb. Anytime you run an update etc. just make sure to tell it you are on D:\bb vice C. Once you do it the first time, it will remember each subsequent time after that, at least that is my experience.
