Hi Andrew, Excellent explanation. Thank you. Also great advice on the Piano Roll (which I think you told me about some time in the past in a different context). Your description of N and M is backwards - 'N' inserts a note, and 'M' adds a note a third above. Maybe a typo somewhere. Yes, my mistake. But using the 'N' to insert a note at the current time and then 'M' still just provides a new note a third above the previous, but the previous is now gone!
