I tried to create a 2 bar jazz drum break / fill, by changing the style to a Trade 4s style, but it didn't work. I couldn't find a drum solo style or RealDrums anywhere. If it's not a feature yet, I'll put it on the wishlist. I need this rather often at the end of a jazz head, leading to the solo section (like in Take the A-Train for example)and havend found a way yet.
Have you tried having drum fills for those two measures with C.d in both. That will give you two drum fills with no other instrument playing.
If you are using MIDI and the above doesn't work GrooveMonkee has a ton of drum fill MIDI loops. You would have to purchase the genre that you need. https://groovemonkee.com/
I hope this helps and good luck.
[edit] Or in MIDI you could write you own or have someone here write some for you.

The bumper sticker said "I'm a veterinarian, therefore I can drive like an animal". Suddenly I realized how many proctologists are on the road.

Try the style DRUMSOLJ, Drums Solo Jazz - Drums Only. A Jazz swing - MIDI DRUMS ONLY Style. Use this Style when a drum solo of any length is desired. You can use the F5 key to insert the Style at any bar.
The Playable RealTracks should be working on Drums but they haven't got them enabled yet. If you load Sforzando into a Utility track and choose a PG Drum Kit, you can then select Piano Roll, select a Utility track, drag n drop a midi drum solo into it setting the bars in to position the midi. Go into the Audio Edit for the RealDrum track and mute those bars that have midi. Adjust the volume of the midi drums to match the RealDrums.
MidiSolo to try DrumSolo.mid You can use DRUMSOLJ.STY and Force Midi Drums as Jim suggested, you can generate up a midi drum solo track in another instance of Biab then just highlight bars on the Chord Sheet you like, now drag the Drum track at the top of BB to the MID Drop, when green drag and drop into the other instance of Biab choose the track and position. Also in the Midi Import dialog select Merge so it won't erase any other solos you dropped in.
Thank you all for your input! I'm trying to add in a RealDrums Solo break, though, not MIDI. Since I use BIAB professionally daily, ungleichen I don't have the time to do Midi edits. Also the Mido sound would be different from the RealDrums. I hope they'll at least add the drums to the playable RealTracks. That would be a work around. But I'm hoping for a recorded solo RealDrum take, that I can use at any given bar(s).
I don't think any of the RealDrums were recorded with solos or rolls but you can open the RealDrums source file in Biab then copy and paste the section to another instance of Biab. The PG Sforzando Drum kits could be the same kit the RealDrums were recorded on so you might be able to get the matching sound with a bit of tweaking ? Until they enable Playable RealDrums and maybe some more Sforzando kits to go with them. Or use something like EZDrummer.
Thanks, that was helpful. I ended up using a part marker on each of the two bars. The first bar had not much of a drum break, but the second one did. The thing with part markers is, that they change with each time generating the track. Once there's no break, then there is one.
