what the plugin seesm to be is a 'wrapper'. you add it as the first vst in the RB plugins and then open other vsts within it. somehow the signal from RB goes in, gets processed by the plugins you have within elements and the sent back to RB.

i have no idea how it works but it may well run your waves plugins. it does allow vst3s to run in RB (technically i suppose it's within elements running in RB!)

quick warning - if you load two plugins they load on top of each other so you have to move one to see the other. drove me nuts for a while.
