Here is my 1st blues track. There is a stutter-step in my playing at the beginning. A housefly may have distracted me. I wonder if I should claim artistic license there? Or maybe rename it "Housefly Blues"?  https://soundcloud.com/user-646279677/happy-blues-shuffle

You could adjust the timing of that one not OR delete/mute it of it bothers you.
As a learning/practising tool you might consider trying this with a drum track that has "stems".
That way you can mute all but the kick from the kit and learn to lock in with it.
You'll need to dick about a bit to ensure the count in remains but for most rock, pop n soul they kick is the key
SOLID playing in this one.
