Select your midi/audio input/output drivers first. Opt/Pref/Midi/Audio
Then r-click on each track, by the number, and set your "ports" there. You should also run a midi cable between soundcard and harmonizer for the chords to be sent for harmony generation.
If you have Power Tracks and Real Band, you can simply go to Track/Generate Audio Harmonies and it will generate harmony parts of the selected audio track, but you will need the chords entered in the chord cells of RB.
