Hi. I haven't figured out how to import a 3 staff (Vocal, Piano) MusicXML arrangement into band-in-the box so that the Vocal MIDI is loaded into BIAB's Melody track and the Piano into a separate Midi track, e.g. Utility Track (or Solo track?)

What I've tried:
- File-Import-MusicXML, uncheck "Load all tracks into Melody track" ==> the system crashes. I've sent the error report to BIAB support.
- File-Import-MusicXML, keep the default (all boxes checked) ==> Loads Piano treble & bass clef staffs into the Melody track, Vocal staff seems lost (at least I can't find it).

I would like to keep the standard Piano track available so that I can explore styles with the song.

I don't think I can provide the MusicXML file as it's a Dorico-sourced copyrighted example (Coldplay's Clocks) exported in the MusicXML format.

However, I'm 99% certain it's not the file - I can load it into BIAB as mentioned above as well as in Cubase Pro 11; the Cubase Score Editor accurately represents the vocal track as well as piano tracks; also, the Cubase Project is set up as desired with two MIDI tracks (one for vocal, one for the treble and bass clef piano).

Thank you for considering.
