Hello, I've been have in issues with loading the older Misc. Styles (Rhumba) to my chord sheet. I can bring up the file preview it, hear a song demo, but when it loads up into the notation window it's completley garbled. Using Band in a Box 2021 (515) Ultra Pak. Now I'm at the point to where I should be looking at re installing the program to see if my problem is fixed, so my questions are:
For the first time since I've been using BinaB, the new program was sent to me electronically so if I go to the sent file and click install will it just override the existing omissions or problem? I concern is that I don't want to have two identidal programs.
Should I delete the current program and re install?
I contacted customer service on Monday and as of now they have not called back.
