I'm not purporting to be a theory expert. But I think it's reasonable to expect that when a feature is implemented,
it should be done correctly.

After all, if I were in a business where there are competitors who are happy to take business away from me,
they could point to me and say "so and so does things in a sloppy manner. We do things RIGHT."

I think Mr. Gannon would agree with me about having a PROFESSIONAL attitude..... Rather than a sarcastic remark trying to drive away my customers.
