Try connecting the higher resolution monitor as a single monitor. If the Band-in-a-Box window opens fully that means the lower resolution monitor maybe constraining the Band-in-a-Box windows.
Then connect the lower resolution monitor as monitor 2. Does the Band-in-a-Box window expand full size now? You may find the lower resolution monitor is constraining how large the Band-in-a-Box window will open. It's not possible. My first monitor is my laptop. EDIT: It is possible, if I select the secondary screen as primary, I can resize full screen. But this is not a solution... too many other programs (and the position of my pc on the desk) need that I use my laptop screen as primary display.
