That tiny harmonica never sounded more ominous. Great instrument choices, great topic to write about. Gave me the heebee jeebies. Good work! Thank you for your kind feedback I'm not really into werewolves (or vampires & zombies) but for some reason I chose to write about it and I'm glad you found it great topic. Never heard of "heebee jeebies", but I hope it's a positive thing Janne

Strong images are conjured as well as amusing ones...aongst the gore I saw a female werewolf in a NASA suit kicking lunar dust while howling: “That’s ahwooooahn small step for wooohman, and ahwooooahn giant leap for wolfkind.” Cool music and arrangement. Thanks Ray for your kind comment and very wild imagination Sounds a very good idea for a video, werewolfonaut and wolfkind Janne

"Even Mutual Autumn Eve" is a very unusual palindrome, and this is a very unusual song, Janne. Love it, man! Yes, a song to scare around a campfire in the middle of the forest. A very haunting melody, and you illustrate it magically with music. The harmonica seems to be warning us to stay in our blankets and those haunting voices in the background make us shiver there. Thanks Marty, I'm very glad you love my strange song And thanks for that nice description, it could be a great text for an advertisement of this song Janne

Very, very good, Janne!
I think this is your best yet, loved the melody, the arrangement, the howling ... everything!
Excellent work, really enjoyed this one. Thanks Dave for your very very kind comment Glad to hear that this could be my best, I haven't published many waltzes so maybe that brings refreshing perspective. Janne

"The instincts don't rehearse bound to pass the curse spirits kiss the belle initiation of the spell."
A most cool write and our favorite line is the first of this verse.
We love the melody and the band is perfect with the piano and harmonica as standouts. Your vocals and your friend's howls fit just right too!
Most enjoyable Janne!
J&B Thanks Janice and Bud for you kind words I'm glad you found your favorite line too. Janne

Janne, if I have nightmares tonight I'm gonna sue you Excellent song about werewolfs! Great lyrics and vocal, fantastic backing tracks, and a great mix. This was a howling success! Loved it. Thanks Mario for your positive feedback I didn't know that howling means also something great, so thanks for teaching me that. I really hope you slept well Janne

Janne,
A creative mix of lyrical theme and music, but it works quite well. The production is quite stellar, and the music backing is compelling. Love the piano and harmonica. The feel of the song is haunting, and thus really captures the spirit of your lyrical theme. Good stuff!
BTW, just love the werewolf howl!
All my best to you,
Deej

Hello Janne,
What a nice and intriguing song you made. And what a great imitation of that werewolf! I wondered where the idea for this song came from. I've read what you wrote, but this needed a special mindset. And you sang it very attractive. I liked it,
Hans

Hans Thanks Hans for your pleasant comment To be honest, I can't recall where the idea came from, but I think the very first title of the song was Howling In The Night, thus in my twisted mind howling was associated with wolves and wolves with werewolves Thanks for liking the imitation also. Janne

Janne Hi Janne, thanks for your reply. Will your next song be about owls in the woods? Also an intriguing subject, don't you think? Nice evening, Hans
