I have not been able to tell a difference between the three quality settings. I switched the setting to low because this laptop is older and slower. I try to adapt my song files to match the tempo of whatever RealTracks I use in a song. So the program typically only has to deal with pitch shift.
My advice is to change the setting and test to see if you can tell a difference.
