Josie, One of the things I love about this cut is that it sounds like it would if they were sitting in the living room playing. The YouTube version is exactly the same version on their CD, (chatter and all). To my ear, I can't hear any effects at all. The rest of the album has recordings that are more "studio" like, but I think they were going for bare bones on this one. If you get a chance, check out their other songs. They only have one CD at this point. "Cheater, Cheater" was a pretty good hit for them. It was a little more commercial, but still a fun song.
