Great Rocker! Good vocal performance your voice fits this tune like a glove. Reminds me of Bowie, or Kinks. I was hoping for a break down somewhere in the middle, to maybe add some dynamics. Great Job.!!

I also like the way you’ve panned the guitars—it gives a nice full bodied feel to the band, and I like the production touches throughout—the way you drop and then come back to certain instruments and riffs. I tend to agree with rayc that the electric guitars could pop a bit more . . . but I think that’s more a limitation of the electric guitar rhythm tracks; it’s always a challenge, at least for me, to give them an edgy sound, which is what may take this tune to another level. Regardless, excellent tune as is, carried by that great vocal. Good stuff!

All my best,

Deej

Deej, thank much for the feedback.

Hi Ezekiel,

I can only admit what the others said; good rocker and very strong voice!
The percussion was also very attractive, giving so much power to the song.

Hans
PS: Did you have a sore throat for more than a week after singing it?

So how do you really feel about her?

The operative word here for us is "attitude."

Attitude in the vocals, the arrangement and the RT choice.

Lotta grit here!

Good one.

Thanks, jpt! Less is more...which conjures a scene in my mind from Waiting for Guffman.

I almost this one but I'm really glad I got to listen.

Excellent rocker.

As others have said great vocal, organ, guitars and mix.

Loved it.

Okay David Bowie. WOW! Tone of energy. I'm not a rocker but I did like this. It did have that British overtone. I also LOVED the break. That makes all the difference in the presentation. I just want to add one thing ..... I HOPE THE NEIGHBORS WEREN'T HOME WHEN YOU RECORDED THIS!! THEY'D CALL THE POLICE ON YA. Especially those Virginia Cops !!! :-) Nice Job !!

Thanks, Elliot. I did have a bridge for the song, but I tossed it. I know the song is simple and repetitive, that's I change the time signature for a few measures just before the 1 measure drum breaks just too mix it up slightly.

Man, there's a lot of music in here! Great job. Loved the bass throughout and I didn't see anybody mention it, but in addition to your lead voice, I thought those backing vocals were great. A real rocker.
