OP Mark Hayes Expert Joined: Jun 2021 Posts: 1,689	Quick Joey Small A funky instrumental after the 1960's hyper-bubblegum song of the same name by the Kasenetz-Katz Singing Orchestral Circus. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kasenetz-Katz_Singing_Orchestral_Circus Mostly done in Logic Pro, with the following contributions from Band-in-a-Box: RealTrack: ~~389:Bass, Electric, Metal Ev 165 RealDrums: RockThrashHalfTimeEv16^1-a:Snare, Bell Ride Lyrics to the original song Quick Joey Small went over the wall With a ball and a chain behind him Quick Joey Small went over the wall Send the dogs right out to find him! In a striped prison suit with no loot to boot He headed for the highway With his chain metal draggin he thumbed down a wagon "Say, friend, are you goin my way?" Run, Joey! Joey, run, run! The hounds are on your trail Run, Joey! Joey, run, run! They're gonna send you back to jail Sheriff got a shotgun (he do!) He'll fill you full of lead son (it's true!) He also got a blackjack (he's mad!) He'll bust your head with one whack (that's bad!) Thanks, Ray. Note re: my take: I really need to not upload these things late at night! This morning I listened on a different sound system and heard the bass was way loud, yikes.
