The best way to monitor what you're playing is usually direct from the audio interface, bypassing any PC software completely. There are no true latency-free options via the PC software, though sometimes it can be low enough to not matter too much. Even 10ms can be disturbing. USB alone accounts for a couple of milliseconds.
