I usually click in the first bar, then while holding down the shift key, press the down arrow 'til the last bar is highlighted, then hit Ctrl "C".
I usually have another instance of BIAB running, switch to it (Alt. Tab), then paste into it, Ctrl "V".
Or, you can Hit File/New and paste in.
It's worked for me.
