You should have the ForteDXi installer program on your BIAB installation disk (I can't remember exactly where it is, but you should recognize it if you browse the installation file names). Run the EXE installer program.

After installed, run BIAB and go to the DXi tab and select the Forte as your synth. Once it pops up, right click on the Forte screen and enter your registration code. I'm not sure if you actually have to do this if it was previously entered, but I don't believe it will hurt.

Once you've done that, close all the windows and close BIAB. Then relaunch BIAB and test Forte to make sure it works.
