Wenn ich in meiner DAW ein Midifile für mein Songarrangement erstelle, kommt es natürlich mal vor, dass die Akkorde auch mal "auf vorgezogenen Zählzeiten" erfolgen.
Importiere ich dieses Midifile aber in Biab, wird (Am7) aber auf Zählzeit 3 anstatt auf Zählzeit 2 platziert. Und zwar im gesamten Song, Zählzeit 2 wird überall ignoriert. Geschweige denn noch "feinere" Abstufungen.
Welche Einstellung müssen bei Biab vorgenommen werden, dass beim Midifile-Import die Akkorde generell immer auf den korrekten Zählzeiten in Biab platziert werden, damit man nicht nachträglich von Hand alles hin und her schieben muss? Eine Sache, die mich schon länger stört, ich aber erst heute klären möchte.
Hallo BornforRock, ich bin mir nicht ganz sicher, was du meinst. Liegt deinem Song ein 4/4-Takt zu Grunde und meinst du mit den vorgezogenen Zählzeiten, dass die jeweils zwei Akkorde auf den 1. und 2. Taktschlag des 4/4-Taktes liegen sollen (statt auf dem 1. und 3.)? Oder hast Du dein Stück im 3/4-Takt geplant und möchtest einige Akkordwechsel nicht auf dem 1. und 3. Taktschlag haben, sondern auf dem 1. und 2. Taktschlag? Vielleicht legst du mal dein Midi-File hier ab, dann wird das evtl. klarer. Wenn du aus dem Midi-File in deiner DAW auch ein Audiofile machen kannst, leg das doch auch mal ab, damit deutlich wird, wie es klingen sollte. Üblicherweise sprechen Musiker von "vorgezogenen" Akkorden oder Noten, wenn diese z.B. ein Achtel oder Sechszehntel Taktschlag vor einem vollen Taktschlag liegen, meinst du das? Du musst das nochmal genauer beschreiben, dann lässt sich dein Problem evtl. besser klären.

Hallo Brille, vielen Dank für die schnelle Rückmeldung. Ich habe mir schon gedacht, dass ich dahingehend eher verwirrende Angaben gemacht habe. Ich werde morgen versuchen, entsprechende Screenshots hochzuladen. Getreu der Devise: Ein Bild sagt mehr als tausend Worte. Ich wollte das schon machen, inzwischen habe ich die Foto-Upload-Funktion gefunden ;-)
Wenn man das obere schmale Foto (Screenshot) in einem separaten Fenster öffnet, sieht man die Einzelheiten besser: Die Akkorde werden beim Import des Midifiles in Band in a box von den Positionen her nicht exakt übernommen, werden in diesem Falle später/versetzt in Band in a box platziert. Das hier gezeigte Beispiel ist noch harmloser Natur, ich habe schon ein größeres Durcheinander erlebt. Zum Beispiel, dass es nach dem Import schon mal stellenweise völlig andere Akkorde sind, manche verschwunden waren oder an ganz anderen Takten in Biab eingefügt wurden. Dabei waren die Akkorde im Original, also das in der DAW eingespielte Midifile, gar nicht extrem "jazzy", nahezu "Normalkost" und es war auch quantisiert.
Hallo BornforRock. Ich verstehe jetzt besser, was das Problem ist und du wirst es wohl nicht ohne weiteres lösen können. MIDI ist kein geeignetes Format, um Akkorde und Akkordbezeichnungen zwischen verschiedenen Anwendungen zu transportieren, schon garnicht punktgenau. Letztlich werden mit dem Schreiben der MIDI-Datei alle Töne eines Akkords als Noten-Events in die MIDI-Spuren verteilt. Die Akkordbezeichnungen (Cmaj7, Am-7 u.ä.) werden nicht mitgeschrieben, manchmal werden die Töne der Akkorde als Drei- oder Vierklang in Track 3 einer MIDI-Datei gesondert mitgeführt. Keine Regel ohne Ausnahme: Akkordbezeichnungen, die du in der PGmusic-eigenen DAW RealBand erstellst und dann per MIDI exportierst, werden übernommen, aber nur schlaggenau, also keine vorgezogenen Akkorde. Der Austausch zwischen RealBand und Band in a Box funktioniert aber ohnehin viel besser über das programmeigene MGU- oder SGU-Format. Beim Import einer MIDI-Datei aus anderen DAWs versucht Band in a Box, aus den einzelnen Noten wieder Akkorde abzuleiten, das funktioniert aber nicht mal mit in Band in a Box selbst erstellten MIDI-Dateien fehlerfrei. Mit welcher Inportfunktion importierst du die MIDI-Datei, es gibt mehrere Varianten im Import-Menu? Mit dem Menupunkt "Datei - Import - Akkorde aus MIDI-Datei interpretieren" hast du einige Optionen, mit denen du das Ergebnis verbessern kannst, aber auch dort kannst du Akkorde maximal schlaggenau interpretieren lassen, also keine vorgezogene Akkorde. Letztlich könntest du deine Arbeitsweise überprüfen: Vielleicht gibt es einen besseren Weg, dein Ziel zu erreichen, als deine MIDI-Akkorde in der DAW zu setzen und dann in BiaB zu importieren?

Noch eine Ergänzung: Du möchtest ja jeweils die zweiten Akkorde eines Taktes auf die Zählzeit "2-und" legen. Das geht mit Band in Box mit dem Zeichen "^" vor dem jeweiligen Akkord auf den Taktschlag "3". Das Setzen der Akkorde geht in "Band in a Box" eigentlich ziemlich schnell, deine vorgezogenen Akkorde gibst du mit diesem Zeichen ein und dann sollte es aussehen wie der Screenshot unten. Noch ein Hinweis: seit Version 2022 hast du auch die Möglichkeit über MicroChords 16tel-genau in dann alle 16 Zählzeiten eines 4/4-Taktes Akkorde zu setzen. Die Eingabe ist aber komplexer und für deinen Fall nicht nötig, da reicht das einfache Voransetzen des "^"-Zeichens.

Woow...Danke, Brille, Du bist echt DER Fachmann! Ich guck' mir das alles in Ruhe an und dann mal einige Praxisbeispiele ausprobieren, um Theoretisches zu festigen, sozusagen.

Genau so mache ich das auch, im Falle eines Falles. Und das mit den "Sonderzeichen" in Biab bei der Akkordeingabe dort, vorgezogene Akkorde, das ist mir zufälligerweise auch bekannt.
Es ist jetzt auch nicht so tragisch, wenn das mit dem Import einer MIDI-Datei aus der DAW (Cubase Pro) in Biab hinein "nicht passt". In Biab mit den Akkorden anfangen und diese dann in die DAW übernehmen klappt besser, sofern ich das richtig in Erinnerung habe. Auf jeden Fall sehe ich jetzt Diverses klarer und es nützt mir in jedem Fall!
Alles in Allem ist das Ganze sowieso eine tolle Sache und das beste Hobby der Welt. Gell? ;-)
