So glad we were able to get this fixed for you! This one is not actually a RealDrum issue but has to do with the MIDI Drumkit needing to be reset.

One possibility that could cause this is that if someone has modified the drum kit, but did not assign a MIDI note number to one or more of the drum sounds, you might see this message come up. So one fix is to go to Options | Preferences | Drum Kit, and check to make sure that none of the drum sounds have been assigned to "0". For General MIDI drum kit definitions, the default note number for the Bass drums is 35, and the default note number for the Snare drums is 38. Assuming that you are not using a non-General MIDI synth, you can set the bass and snare drums to those values and it should fix it, but sometimes it won't - in which case resetting the drum kit like we recommended above by swapping and re-selecting the General MIDI Instrument Misc option will fix it.
