I've got several issues with my current 22 versions of BIAB and it might be old hardware or??
I think I'll dl to my new laptop with WIN 11. My old reg versions go back many years to the 32 bit versions.
My current version is 64 bit. Should I dl and install from oldest to current versions(oldest which will have the 32 bit ver), each in order or is there a better way?
Hoping to cure my issues,....
which is that if I change styles several times, looking for the right style, the BIAB system crashes.Sometimes it happens also if I try out several loops in the composition, even if I only have 5-8 bars of a song I'm writing
Current system is older Athlon 4 core with 32 gig mem and 2 1tb ssd's
Thanks for any thoughts

Hi Wyndham, I had a similar task waiting. What I did was to reinstall from the 2021 PlusPAK just the Main Program and the Plug in on a different drive, leaving my faulty installation untouched. When I saw that my problem was not with the 2021 Version I then did a reinstall of the 2022 PlusPAK. This time everything was working as it should, the problem gone. Maybe something went wrong with the install at first attempt, or some of the settings went wrong and 2021 made some reset, I do not know. But it worked! However, if your problem is related to the Styles folder or such, that you might have to start from a clean slate.

It will get better attention and avoids sidetracking the O/P's issues. Also, please offer as much information as possible. What version/build and Pak of BiaB do you have? What styles do you select and is this repeatable or random? What version of Windows, and any information about your audio setup? Any information displayed on the screen when the program crashes?
