Try going to C:\bb\Data\Installers\PDF995 Installer (for 2018 and older, it is under C:\bb\Installer\BBHelper\PDF995 and run the autosetup file as the administrator (by right clicking on it and selecting Run as Administrator). Many times the program will install in the background without seeing an installer pop up. However, if one does appear, follow the steps in the installer and then re-open Band-in-a-Box.
If that doesn't install the PDF995 driver on your system, you won't want to use the "Print to PDF button" just yet. Instead, make sure you have a PDF writer installed on your computer (ie. Adobe PDF). You can download one of these programs free from the internet if you haven't already. Then, in your LeadSheet Print options window, click the "setup printer" button and change the default printer to your PDF writer. When you click "OK-Print" now it will automatically print to PDF for you.
