Short answer yes! Simply go to the export as wav button and select individual tracks. I recommend you create a folder for each song and save the individual files into that folder. Otherwise it is easy to end up with a lot of files which can become unruly.

I use Reaper so I simply export as per above. Ensure I note the BPM, start a project in Reaper. If you leave the folder open after the export. Select the files to pull into Reaper. Just make sure you leave the combined song but you’ll see that easy enough (it does not have the name of an instrument).
